Rugged Mountain Coffee

Many factors directly affect the nuances of coffee flavors. Some of the most important factors are the different plant varieties and growing conditions. To keep the consistency of flavors, each variety of Rugged Mountain Coffee is harvested from a specific location.  

The Original variety is cultivated on our farm overlooking the Siguatepeque meseta in central Honduras at 4,600 ft elevation. Morning Splendeur is raised on another mountain across the meseta, at over 5,000 ft.  These high altitudes produce a coffee bean with rich flavors.
